Yonghai Chai is a professor and Ph.D supervisor in the School of Chemisty & Chemical Engineering, Shaanxi Normal University. Currently, his research mainly focuses on the efficient construction of glycosidic bonds, development of new technologies for the rapid synthesis of bio-molecules such as saccharides and peptides and the synthesis of bioactive heterocyclic molecules.
